Extensive List and Ideas of What to Do and Prepare (Or at Least Consider) Before Becoming a Long-Term Traveler, Digital Nomad, or Be Location Independent

We’re a professional (IT and Project Management consultant) married couple in our 30’s and in 2016, we sold 95% of our belongings (r/minimalism) and set off to become/purse independence (location, financial, employment, etc.)…With that being said, there was a lot of preparation, beyond the backpack and gear, which needed to be done before embarking on our new and pursuant lifestyle. We hope this list may be of help to other aspiring digital nomads and long-term travelers who are contemplating long-term/overseas travel.
