Is Having a "Home Base" a Good Idea as a Digital Nomad?

The reason would be so that there’s always something stable to fall back upon. For example, right now my habits are out of whack, my health needs fixing, etc. The travel lifestyle is a crazy, free one- which is great, but sometimes I just want consistency.
