By the end of the pandemic workweek, it makes sense to assume that many employees are burning out. A lack of control over their schedules, little personal time, and dissolving boundaries are all risk factors. Since burnout is a problem of the workplace, not of the individual employees, it makes sense that a systematic solution should come from company leadership.
