Today Mobility provides customer-centric first and last mile logistics to the automotive industry. Our drivers pick up and deliver cars to and from workshops and dealerships all over Sweden & Norway whether it be for a Test Drive at Home, New/Used car delivery or for a routine Workshop visit.

So far we’ve delivered over 175,000 cars, have over 100 drivers out in the field and have found product-market fit. We work with Scandinavia’s largest car brands and dealers and are a critical part of their offering as they transition to online sales and service channels. As a senior full-stack engineer at Today Mobility you’ll be joining at an exciting phase in our journey and be a critical part of the team as we build out our systems and processes and expand into new countries.

You’ll be expected to get your hands dirty on multiple projects using the latest technology and practices while at the same time championing simplicity, quality and reusability.

What you will do:

• Take ownership as you build out internal and external applications from customer-facing order systems to scheduling algorithms and data analysis tools
• Work Front-end to Back-end across a modern Typescript, React/React Native, Node, GraphQL and Postgres stack
• Be a key part of a dynamic, collaborative, non-hierarchical culture where your talent and abilities are valued over role or title
• Have an active role in defining our development processes and systems architecture
• Be a part of product decision making and prioritisation
• Research the latest tooling and technology and make recommendations on how we can benefit from their use

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience
• Excellent spoken and written English, all day-to-day communication will be in English
• Proven track-record of delivering high-quality work and showing a high level of responsibility for all tasks
• Strong focus on code quality and long term maintenance
• Ability to communicate and work well within a small team
• Keen eye for detail

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with logistical or schedule planning systems
• Strong Javascript-specific experience and skills
• Experience of CI, CD and Kubernetes

Remote Requirements:

• This is a fully remote position open to applicants within +/- 3 hours CET
• Salary and benefits will be provided in your local currency equivalent
• Travel to/from our head office in Stockholm, Sweden as required

Salary Range:

• 60,000 to 70,000 SEK/month
• Equates to roughly €65,000 to €75,000/year
